Two C Livestock is owned and operated by the Welper family of Shallowater, TX. Namely, Calvin and Collin Weper, sons of Ron and Debbie Welper, began the company with the intention of raising quality show cattle.

Calvin will graduate from Tarleton State University with a degree focus in Business and Agriculture. He loves clipping and fitting, and in fact, has paid his way through college clipping for other people. 

Collin, a sophomore at Shallowater High School, is obsessed with genetics and mating's. He is constantly trying to improve on the selection of sires to use when flushing donors.  He plans to study Animal Science and Business in college, while continuing grow Two C Livestock.

Currently, Two C Livestock has 30+ recipient cows and puts in embryos for fall calving. We also implant in a satellite herd owned by Josh Keeney, around 20 American embryos for a later calving date.
